The Head Harbour Lightstation is located on an islet off the northern tip of Campobello Island, at 210 Lightstation Rd., Wilsons Beach.
Crossing over to the lightstation is only possible at low tide, so be sure to click the link below to check the tides when you’re planning your visit.
IMPORTANT: Crossovers to and from the lightstation are permitted only when the beach is exposed. This occurs during a 4-hour window centered on low tide, spanning from 2 hours prior to 2 hours following the low tide mark.
Proper footwear and walking sticks are suggested as you will, at times, be walking on the ocean floor.
PRICES
Crossing over: $10 per person (FREE for MEMBERS and children 12 and under)
Tour of the lighthouse (When staff is available): $10 per person (FREE for children 12 and under, 50% off for members)
Both Canadian and U.S. cash is accepted as well as credit and debit card payments.
All fees go directly to the preservation and upkeep of the light station.
